Restriction Features- Customers who need help in restricting use of
their telephone can choose from the following features with no monthly charge.

Deny 1 + calls
Deny 1 + and 0 + calls
Deny 900 calls. There is no start up charge for new customers within the first 60 days
after connection. After the initial 60 days, there is a one time charge of $11.20.
Deny 700 and 900 calls
Deny collect calls
Deny third number calls

Other Charges

Installation of jacks during business hours:
    $30.00 for the first jack
    $20.00 for each additional jack
Customers who do not have wire maintenance and request work will be charged at
the following rates
    $45.00 for the first hour
    $20.00 for each additional half hour
After normal business hours
    $70.00 for the first hour
    $40.00 for each additional hour
* Customers who own their own equipment (phones, answering machines, wiring,
ect. will be charged for a premise visit of $20.00 if the problem is found to be in the
customer's equipment.

Optional Service Charges

Touch-tone service - $1.35 per month - push button calling
Non-published number - $1.40 per month - Your number is not listed in the directory
and is not available from directory assistance or our office.
Unlisted Number - no charge - Your number is not listed in the directory but can be obtained
from directory assistance or our office.
Additional Listings - $0.70 per month - a separate, additional listing in the directory
besides your main listing
Wire Maintenance - $2.00 per month - Our company will maintain your inside wiring
at no additional charge
 

Vacation Rates

When you are away from home for an extended period of time, you have two options
for cutting costs on your telephone bill.  You may pay 1/2 the rate on your local
service charge plus a one-time service charge of $4.00.  This keeps your phone
available for use while you are gone.  The alternative is to have your service
temporarily disconnected.  In this case, your phone cannot be used.  You pay no
local service, except for E911 and Dual Party Relay surcharges. You will be billed a $10.00
reconnection charge when you reinstate your service.

Long Distance Service

$0.08 per minute calling plan
$0.08/minute

$0.05 per minute calling plan
$0.05/minute + $5.00/month charge

Both Plans - 24 hours a day, seven days a week for calls terminating within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands
